Kamchatka TerritoryOn the evening of November 13, 2016, after a search of Jehovah's Witnesses in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, two believers came to the building to repair a broken window. There they were detained for allegedly disobeying police officers. These believers were placed in a temporary detention facility (IVS).
